Using a delicious blend of secret spices, Northbrook created Uncle Harold’s Barn Good Chips in 2010. Named after the Boone family's own Uncle Harold, who has been influential in the success of Northbrook Marketplace since our opening in 2008.
Each chip is cut, fried, and spiced right in our own kitchen. They offer a uniquely sweet and savory experience. More than that, they pair great with our freshly made tomato salsa, our homemade hummus, or on their own!
While Uncle Harold's started with white corn tortillas, our selection has expanded to include organic blue corn tortillas, potato chips, corn nuts, and bagel chips! They are homemade snacks like no other and can be purchased in-store at Northbrook or wholesale.
